Processing & Shipping
Your order will take about 1 - 2 weeks to be processed and ship. In most times it is faster but everything is made in house and by hand so some things may take longer than others.
Why yes we do, but... Due to restrictions with shipping around the world, we cannot ship to certain countries and certain countries cannot receive mail as well. Please check the USPS updated list of International Mail: Here Also check with your home mailing service as well. If we cannot ship to you, we will refund you back your full amount and hope that you come back again when everything is running smoothly again. :)
Once shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping tracking in the email. Depending on where you live will depend on when you will receive your order.
Payments, Returns & Refunds
You can contact us through the contact form and we can get it all sorted out.
We have a 7 day return policy from when you receive your items and you will be responsible for the shipping rates to ship it back. Once the item is received, the refund will be processed and returned to you.
Why yes we do. We try to put up sizing charts on our items but if one just doesn't fit right, you can exchange it within 7 days of receiving it. Just contact us through the contact us page and we can get it all sorted out for you. :)
Stock & Stock Request
We usually keep our stock up to date with what we have. Also some items can be quickly put back into stock because we make stuff in house. But for some items it may take a little bit longer. If you see an item that hasn't been restocked please just send us a message through our contact form and we can let you know about it.
Events
We try to attend as many events as we can without getting burnt out lol. Our event schedule is on our events page and is usually updated every so often so come see us.
